It that (the first one) saying that roommates and noisy neighbors, in preventing people from sitting quietly in their rooms, cause misery? If so, I totally agree with the second. Stupid, singing, loud neighbors. My roommate, on the other hand, is perfectly lovely, even when we are loud.
